Great place to stay, fantastic artesian spa pools.
Great food at the restaurant, we had a lovely meal, our waiter was wonderful.
Would highly recommend to anyone.
Will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay with friendly staff and clean and comfy rooms. They have three pools and two heated to 35 and 40 degrees so was so nice having a dip after a long drive. The pools are open until 9pm as well. Will come back again.

Do not take the cheaper rooms; you will regret it. The breakfast is basic continental, definitely not European style. Then you pay for what you get, and it is adequate. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are better in the mid-price range and up.

The bed linen hadn't been changed. The room was dark and dingy. An experience I would like to forget.

The bed was really comfortable and was the best feature of the room. The TV was small and hard to see details when in bed. The new security door was a great addition. The Kitchenette was a disappointment due to ad-hoc crockery and utensils. One teaspoon and a couple of forks and one large plate and a couple of smaller ones plus a few mugs and several wine glasses. The greatest letdown was the hot Thermal pool which used to be around 43 degrees and now about 37. I went for the heat and was robbed.
