This is a basic rural motel. It was wife approved clean, in room coffee was bad, inexpensive so could go out to restaurant for real good breakfast. Value was a Nine out of Ten. Quiet, easy to use, on the way to where we were headed. Wife says we can stay there again.

Mold concern, building needed to be cleaned outside debris need to be picked up around building. Rooms were clean but beding was old!. As a retired insured agent my concern was building neeeded to be up dated and mold qas a big concern!

Our queen beds and double beds are recent purchases. There is no mold anywhere. Sorry you did not enjoy your stay.

The night before we stayed an very expensive motel in Marquette for my grandson's wedding. I would compare Chapel Hill to that one on cleanness and comfort. The owner as so helpful when I got lost and called him for directions. I will definitely stay there again when doing to that area.

Met My Expectations
Posted 2 Aug 2022 on HotelsWe arrived around 10:30 and were met with friendly service. We checked in quickly and given a key to our clean room. The bed was comfortable too.
