Super friendly, clinically clean. Room is basic but that’s fine. Parking is convenient on site, and walking to train for travel to major sites is simple. Great stay!

Disappointing experience
Posted 26 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe hotel is conveniently located within a 15 minute ride by rain to city center. Check-in is smooth, hotel is clean and self-parking works well. BUT, the bed had terrible sheets (probably a high ratio of polyester or smth) and the room smelled of paint. We had no choice but to keep the window open but that meant it was too noisy to sleep. We must have only slept for 3-4 hours. Disappointing experience.

Hello,thanks for the review - you stay at us for 2 days - so why didnt you come to office or used any of our contacts (whatsapp etc) to tell us your problems ? I dont understand this - also our cleaning girl was in your room and you didnt tell her something ?Our sheets are from cotton i a very high quality we wash it in our own laundry - i dont know what you are using at home but with a few thousand guest every year you are the first who has a complain about this ?We are very sorry that you feel a disappointing experience - i think the hurricane and the bad weather alos that everything was closed played also a role.

Small friendly hotel. Ideal location for central munich (5 stops away on s-bahn). Very highly recommended.
