Very friendly and helpful service. Great communications. Free on site parking included with stay. Clean and comfortable bed, although bedding (pillow, duvet) old and a bit smelly. Nice ensuite room. Grubby carpets and door mirror.

Booked in for two nights only stayed for one. Room was freezing cold the electric heater made little difference. No heating in the bathroom and the water wasn’t hot enough

The room needs significantly updating. Uncomfortable mattress, shower was a mess, tiles in bathroom stained and in places broken. Good location and breakfast was ok.

I want to demand a refund the property is not as advertised black mould everywhere in the shower the bed was not made the carpet had not been hoovered. Electrical extensions everywhere. The breakfast was cheap basic produce and instant coffee we had to make ourselves at breakfast. Other guests also comment their disgust. It actual spoilt our weekend away we spend the whole day in the pouring rain rather than go back to the room. The devote was missing match which resemble a charity shop collection. I hold Expedia responsible for not checking the property before advertising it on their site I would have preferred a travel lodge which would have been cheaper and cleaner. I can honestly say it is not a fit place to call a hotel it is DISGUSTING UNINHABITABLE PROPERTY which I would not allow animals to stay. I DEMAND a full refund!!! I am itching like I have been bitten by bugs it's that dirty and refused to stay longer than absolutely necessary. I came home to have a shower!!! That how dirty the shower was. The room and shower have not been cleaned since the last guest visited for certain!!!!

We would also like to state that the reservation was made for a 2 night stay and we are surprised to hear about your experience after the stay has been completed and no issues were reported during the two day stay whilst there were multiple interactions with the manager (who has constantly checked with all the guests, including yourselves upon interaction), about their experience during the stay.We value customer service and consider it of utmost priority. Had we been reported about any concerns during the stay, we would have been more than happy to upgrade you to a different room. Stayed here for a couple nights. The room was a bit rough around the edges, but nothing too bad. It was a good size room, plenty of space. It's in a quiet area that isn't a long walk into the city centre. It has free parking and a kettle in the room which I always appreciate. Alexandra park is nearby and worth a visit for the views. Overall we had no issues with this hotel 🙂

Good breakfast, strong wifi, great parking, good location, lovely staff. Tired in areas although some redecoration evident. New locks should be a priority. Generally, we enjoyed ourselves.

The property is a Georgian house, it is noticeably old but well-maintained and clean. It's location is perfect for public transport or walking into the city centre. It has good parking on the premises. We had a large room on the top floor with great views, quite a lot of steps so something to keep in mind for older or luggage-laden guests. This suited our needs perfectly but may not impress those who want a more "modern" or refurbished hotel.

Man on reception was helpful but had to take our own baggage down some narrow tread stairs, no lift.Bathroom was very tired and not cleaned to a standard that I would like to shower in…I didn’t …the decor is very tired and old fashioned.it was on a good bus route into Bath…plus…

Had an overnight stay here as the location was ideal, the rooms heating wouldn’t turn off and the shower head and bracket were broken, however I did have a good nights sleep, albeit with the window wide open! Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay here again.
