The hotel had no communication with Expedia of the reservation or credit card. The front desk person and hotel are fine.

Very basic hotel. Listed hairdryers as amenity but did not have one in the room. Called the front desk to ask if they had them with my cell phone as the room phone did not work. Hairdryer was delivered shortly after calling.

Pretty decent but concerning sign of “only 4 people in elevator” at a time. Free breakfast was mysteriously free of food offering a couple apples and a vat of gravy. Room was clean, secure and well-maintained. Great place to sleep but don’t expect the Ritz.

Thank you for your input.The reason we put 4 to an elevator, many times we have to many people and their luggage and equipment being shoulder to shoulder. So we have put this limit on for everyone's safety and comfort.I will definitely address the food choice for the day you had stayed. There should have been a minimum of 2 choices of fruits and baskets filled as people take them. We do have 26 items to choose from. There should have been Biscuits and gravy along with eggs. We appreciate your staying with us, and hope you will stay with us again!Thank you for bringing these things to my attention!

Girl who checked us in had to go up to the room to make sure it was clean and then came back and said it was good enough.

I'm sorry your room was not ready. Often times when people check in early, we go to make sure their room is ready before sending them to it. Our check in time is 3 pm. Also there may be times when someone has called out sick and their co-workers also have to take on their rooms to clean, which may take longer than expected. Either way we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your input.
