Two day stay and no service on room on second day. They said that they only service rooms every other day, but there was no notification of this. Room service did bring new towels when asked. Breakfast was terrible. $9 for a breakfast sandwich that consisted of a roll and an egg. The sausage that was supposed to included was missing. Never stay at an aloft hotel again

Probably the 5th time I've stayed here. By far the best option for halfway from FL to north central West Virginia.

Had to change room because the blinds did not work. and the then the keys got messed up and we had to go back done and get a new set of keys.

Rooms were clean and property was nice. Great bar and service at the bar.

Katie the bartender was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and plenty of info on the surrounding area since we weren’t familiar with it.
