Lovely breakfast room for a fee. Bed comfortable and room clean. Old building

Pretty lovely staff but hotel/room way overpriced. Room smelled of smoke and there was a leak from the upstairs in to our bathroom floor, WiFi didn’t work, tv didn’t work… choose somewhere else even if the front desk receptionist is nice!

We are truly sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.Regarding the smell of smoke in the room, it is possible that it came from other guests smoking on their balcony nearby, and the odor may have entered through the window. We understand how unpleasant this can be, but we want to clarify that smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, and we do our best to remind other guests of this policy.As for the television, we noticed after your departure that the plug had been disconnected. If you had informed the reception, we would have been happy to resolve this issue immediately.Finally, in regards to the Wi-Fi, we have indeed hosted several guests who were able to use it without any issues. However, we are aware that each device can react differently.We hope that despite these inconveniences, you were able to appreciate the service from our team, and we would be delighted to welcome you again to offer you a better experience.

Comfortable Stay
Posted 14 Sep 2024 on HotelsBasic hotel with necessary amenities in a lovely location in front of lake. Rooms adequate although rather run down. We missed having a fridge in room. Comfortable beds.
