Close to the airport and has a free shuttle. Good stuff.

Waited for the airport shuttle at door 8 where all other hotel shuttles were arriving for over 30 minutes in cold weather conditions with my children and no shuttle arrived. I was there from the 30 min mark to the 45 min mark and then the 00 mark and lots of hotel shuttles came and went but none labelled for Sheraton. I called and after going through the very long series of messages in French and then finally in English (language option should be the FIRST option) the person from the hotel said she did not know why the shuttle wasn’t there. It just should have been. Eventually I took an Uber to the hotel myself because I did not know how much longer I will have to stand in the cold with my kids waiting for a shuttle that “should have been there” but no one knows where it is. The hotel itself was fine. Clean room, friendly staff, comfy bed and working heating. Very poor lighting in the room though. Just one lamp on the side table. One lamp on the dining table. And one light in the door entrance. No exhaust fan in the bathroom either. Overall I expected to be more comfortable at a Sheraton hotel.
