Smelled moldy and some staff were very rude

The room itself was clean. We booked for two queen size beds but I can say the bed size was smaller than queen.
If you have big SUV car you will have problem to enter to the parking.

Recommended for very good value. While it’s in a gritty location (literally down an alley), and the parking a little suspect-looking, it’s all safe and the interior of the hotel is clean and decent. Staff is very helpful, and good people! Nice kitchenette in our standard double. There was an A/C that was loud and turning on-off that was great. But the positives, including close to transit, make it a solid overall choice. Enjoy your stay in Montréal!

Parking garage nightmare and homeless people
Posted 28 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel room was not what I was expecting at all. It was outdated but clean. Queen bed felt more like a double. Window air conditioner in room. Elevators were a bit old and scuzzy and didn’t even lead down to parking garage which was a nightmare!! There was almost a 90 degree hill to go down and very windy all the way down to a scary 3 levels down. Going up was even worse! Had to climb 3 levels of stairs to get to road level so recommend taking your luggage to your room first. There was quite a few homeless people roaming the front of the hotel and I didn’t really feel safe returning after being out past midnight. The front desk staff were friendly, and the free breakfast in the morning was appreciated but all in all, I would not stay again. It was over priced for the condition of the hotel area it was in. I really wanted to ask for a refund but I sucked it up as I was only staying one night. If you don’t mind a simple, outdated, apartment style small room, then it would probably be fine for you.
