Very unique room options. It was nice having a bathtub :-). Our bed mattress was pretty soft but other than that I highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed my stay at the Rivage, my only complaint was the construction outside and the lack of an elevator. Construction wasn't loud but rather a pain to try and navigate every morning. I'm sure it will be completed soon so future visitors won't have to deal it with. Lack of working elevator didn't bother me too much as I travel light. Room can get a bit warm during the evening, but that was most likely due to warmer than seasonal average temperatures during my stay. Overall experience 8/10.

Am Empfang haben 2 unerfahrene Receptionistinnen uns falsche Informationen gegeben. Wir wollten 1 Nacht stornieren und die beiden Damen haben behauptet, daß es bereits erledigt ist. Gott sei Dank, habe ich später einen anderen Mitarbeiter nochmals sicherheitshalber darüber gefragt. Der jünge Mann hat uns geholfen die Stornierung richtig mit Expedia zu machen. Das hat ca. 1 Stunde gedauert, aber wir haben ca. 500 Dollar dadurch nicht verloren. Für dieses Geld muss man auch guten Frühstück anbieten. Frühstück war miserabel : kalte festgekochte Eier, Bananen, Äpfel, Jogurt, Brot, Honig, Kaffe, Tee. Baustelle an der Straße.

Dear Irina, we thank you for taking time to leave us your review regarding your previous stay in our hotel. I am glad someone was able to help you cancelling one night with Expedia (hotel is unfortunately not able to cancel any reservation made with Expedia, the customer has to contact the company directly). Also, breakfast is a continental one, which explains why there's only have a buffet including cold boiled eggs, fruits, yogurt, bread, bagels, muffins, chocolatine and things like that. There is construction on city road in front of the hotel, but night was good. Personal is very good, site front of the river, beautiful ! Breakfast, continental, good choices and everything fresh !

At the price they charge, i was expecting an experience such as Sheraton or Marriot. It is definitively not the case. Walls are paper thin, there is no coffee machine in the room, etc . There is not enough place in the parking lot. It is more a low-class motel with few amenities. If you are not planning on going to the Spa Le Finlandais across the street, I would definitively not go there.

You can hear upstairs using washroom and walk around. You can hear next door. The ceiling is very low. The Bed smells. There is construction in the front make it very hard to get in and out. There is no carts in the front.
