From the moment I arrived until I checked out, every staff person I met was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The property is located just 2-3 blocks in any direction from restaurants, cafes and a number of cultural and historical sites - perfect to avoid the noise of the tourists but still be close enough to everything. The room was stylish, spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. I really appreciated the umbrellas hanging in the closet, the in-room mini fridge and the basket of continental breakfast waiting outside my door each morning. It was lovely to sit by the open window, listening to the birds with my coffee and breakfast - all while still in my pjs.

The hotel is located in a great part of the Old Town with many sights within walking distance. The property is beautifully maintained and the staff is welcoming and helpful. The very fine restaurant is a real treat.

We loved our stay here! Every staff member we spoke with was so friendly and helpful! We were so comfortable at this hotel. Our room had everything we needed! We walked all around old Montreal, visiting many excellent restaurants the staff recommended. The breakfast basket that was delivered each morning had an array of delicious items and if we wanted coffee other than the kuerig, we could get that in the lobby. It was really a lovely stay.

Ignore the negative reviews, this property is amazing, it's a small hotel but very well run. Room was beautiful and very clean. Staff was friendly and very responsive. The restaurant downstairs is very nice as well. Parking is nextdoors for a nominal extra charge. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again in any future visits.

It is a boutique hotel, neat and very nicely decorated. Personnel is well trained to serve guests in their very best way possible. The Bonaparte restaurant is world class. Amazing food and service. Having said that, we wished that hot American breakfast was offered. The Napoleoway.
