Property is in nice shape inside and out. Staff were very professional. Everything I would wish for in a hotel!

I was double billed for the room, even though I was told it was a deposit on the room and would not be charged for the room again. We made a reservation to have the shuttle pick us up at 3:15 am. When we got to the front desk we were told we would have to wait until 3:45 am because it was 3:17 am and we were two minutes late. We had to make it clear to the front desk that we would miss our flight if we did not get picked up immediately by the hotel shuttle. The shuttle itself was empty and no one was waiting for it either once we got to the airport.

bonjour, we are sorry that they ran your card by mistake and that it has been corrected already, and that our shuttle follows the schedule it is normal and that no one was waiting is something that you know only when we get on site.

The property charges a $25/night parking fee. This was not openly disclosed in either Expedia or the hotel site.

The property was clean. There was no water in the room. The breakfast was not delicious. Staff were friendly though. There is no free parking, they asked 25$ for overnight parking.
