The bedroom was not clean. We asked for shampoo and conditioner and never came. I had to leave and buy one. The floor in the bedroom was never cleaned during the four days of our stay. Breakfast is good, full, and 9:30 sharp they close everything and take food away in a hurry so, if you need an extra butter you'd better run.

Great hotel, centrally located with lots of shopping and dining options. Also close and short walk to many of the areas top attractions.

The property is good and is walkable distance from Chinatown and the metro, but we had the change rooms 3 times because the fridge and TV weren’t working.
