The 6th floor is a banquet hall and the owner was having a party. My room was just underneath all the noise. Zero insulation between floors! I could even hear their toilet flushing. The event was over by 11pm but the noisy cleanup continued until 1am. I was offered another room but I was dressed and packed and I just wanted to go home. 4 stars and they dont even have a dining room! 300$ Per night plus 500$ deposit and I didnt even get 2 hours sleep!

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us. Please note that we are not a 4-star hotel but a 3-star hotel. As mentioned, we do not have valet, concierge or restaurant service. We do have a small bar next to the front desk so as to provide a beverage service to our guests. We do love our Expedia members and we can’t wait to welcome you back!

First time booking at this hotel for special guests. Request cleaning every day and they always forget and only dump garbage and nothing else. Breakfast is very limited and not worth it. Rooms are good, lobby is beautiful, gym is small and very limited, pool is great but if you looking for service forget about it. This hotel has room for a full service bar and some form of dinning but it does not have that.Clients should not be begging to clean their rooms based on price they charged! Wont put guests there any more.
