The location in the Vieux Port was excellent. We did not need a car to get to restaurants, shopping, or tourist attractions. In addition to being convenient, the hotel was aesthetically pleasing, with old brick, hardwood floors, and new furnishings.

We were on the fourth floor , maybe room 410. I think we were below the 5th floor rooftop bar? Anyway, it sounded like someone was walking on top of our room throughout the evenings; very aggravating. The staff was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable

The Auberge du Vieux Port is a beautiful, small and classy hotel smack dab in the middle of Old Montreal. I would absolutely recommend this hotel is a minute. Extremely welcoming staff and perfectly situated on a lively street overlooking the river. The hotel was an ancient warehouse before the superb remodeling, keeping some wonderful architectural features like the stone walls and wood beams. The bed was super comfortable fitted with luxurious Frette sheets and comforter. Our room had two large double windows opening onto the street. The hotel is close to everything you want to see in Old Montreal and walking trips. You never know when you book a hotel but the Auberge du Vieux Port was a real gem.

An exquisite hotel nestled in the historic and bustling center of Old Montreal, L'auberge du Vieux Port was a fantastic stay. The staff are beyond professional and polite, helpful to a fault and catering to every need. The accomodations were spacious and cozy, and the location is second to none. A real gem. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area and I cannot wait to stay there again myself!
