Chambre spatieuse et propre. Accueil tres bienveillant. J'ai cependant ete surprise de voir que l'hotel a ete requisitionne pour un accueil de jeunes migrants. Le linge sur les fenetres, les dechets aux alentours, les allers et venues incessantes des jeunes dans les couloirs n'offrent pas vraiment un sentiment de securite...

Photo of terrace / pergola should be removed. Structure rotten and floor has been removed. Much of the hotel is used as accomodation for refugees. Avoid! New Ibis Budget 100 away at similar price.

Au fait ce n'est plus un hôtel au sens propre, c'est devenu hôtel dortoir. En effet par manque de place d'hébergement, la préfecture a réquisitionné l'hôtel pour y installer des jeunes réfugiés! Le reste des chambres étant loués aux voyageurs de passage.

Sejour décevant dans l'ensemble au regard de la qualité du service. À la base ils ont annulé ma réservation sans m'en aviser. Une fois sur place vers 23h j'ai dû insisté pour obtenir une nouvelle chambre. Quant à ma caution, je l'ai effectuée avec ma carte bancaire et j'ai tt payer en espèces. Après mon sejour je me suis rendu compte qu'ils m'ont quand même prélevé la somme sur ma carte bancaire.

Panne de chaudière : pas d'eau chaude pendant 3 jours... très désagréable ! Le personnel est adorable mais l’hôtel n'a pas été à la hauteur pour faire réparer rapidement cette nuisance importante.

Jeg mødte op i receptionen dagen til mit ophold og blev afvist og fortalt at jeg skulle gå igen da man skulle bestille 15 timer før check-in. Dette er jo et kæmpe problem når der ikke står skrevet noget om det på hotels.com. Kvinden der stod i receptionen sagde at jeg ville få mine penge sendt tilbage inden så længe, hvilket stadig ikke er sket endnu og det er en uge siden! Jeg har nu betalt et urefunderbart beløb jeg jo ikke kan få tilbage et sted jeg ikke engang har været!

Catastrophe

En arrivant les pompiers sortaient de l’hôtel pour l'un des clients de ce dernier qui c'est trouvé en état d'insolation par rapport à la chaleur dû à la canicule. A notre tour, nous demandons de venir régler la climatisation qui brassait de l'air chaude. L'hôtesse d'accueil se déplace pour venir régler l'air conditionnée pour notre confort, au bout d'une heure rien ne change. Nous la rappelions, lorsqu'elle nous propose une autre chambre. Chambre plus fraîche car elle n'avait pas été ouvert dans la journée. Hors ils s'avèrent que la climatisation de l’hôtel était en panne. La cerise a été le poil d'un homme sur le lit. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Un coup de neuf serait bienvenu....

Habitué de cet hôtel, je le vois se dégrader de + en + :-(( Les chaises (qd il y en a...) sont abîmées, miroir cassé, les pieds de lits sont fatigués, la peinture et les sols sont à refaire; les frigos sont ultra-bruyants... etc. C'est dommage car il est au calme ; à proximité de commerces et le personnel est sympa. Il faudrait vraiment faire un effort de rénovation !!

Exijo la devolución de mi dinero en cuanto este estableciniento el cual esta totalmente sucio he rralizado prácticamente todas mis compras con expedia y pido se tome en cuenta que estoy completamente instatisfecha tuve que comprar otra reservacion en otro hotel debido a que este establecimiento esta completamente sucio y huele mal aparte de que su personal da muy mal trato quefo en espera de su respuesta

Etant de passage pour une formation professionnelle,je ne suis restée que 2 nuits mais au niveau de la propreté tout est à revoir,les joints de baignoire sont noirs ,les taches sur la moquette dans le couloir n'inspirent pas confiance. Je suis arrivée pendant qu'ils changeaient les matelas ...exposés au milieu du couloir ,les murs sont sales et nécessiteraient un réel rafraichissement Que dire à part que je le déconseille à tous Dommage car il est bien situé par rapport aux facultés

Déçu !!! Établissement qui aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. Odeurs âcres de tabac froid dans les couloirs et la chambre qui imprègnent jusqu’à vos vêtements !!! Parking gratuit très petit, donc reste le payant...ou la rue! Mobilier vétuste Et en mauvais état. A ce tarif, autant aller dans la chaîne d’hotel d’entre de gamme... Heureusement, le personnel est aimable. A éviter !!
