Beautiful but dirty

Actually a nice room and very kind employee’s But the room was so dirty especially the toilet, the drain on the bathtub could not hold the water. Sad if the cleaning was okay it would be a 5/5 recommendation from here

My first room had a horrible smell. I was told they have it when it is windy. Too bad there is always wind in Sete. I had to argue to change it to another room. I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again.

Une bonne adresse et un coin reposant.

Petit week-end en couple dans cet hotel sympathique. L'emplacement est calme et la vue du rooftop est très sympa. Le personnel est très agréable et le petit dej de bonne qualité et offre pas mal de choix. Bref un petit week-end bien agréable dans cet hotel charmant.
