These instructions were addressed to another individual and dated 2021, which seems to be an indication of the last time the property had any attention. "I loved this place. It's a rustic cottage with all the amenities. It was near the university so it was easy to go back and forth. It was clean and cozy, tucked away in the foliage. The host and hostess were very accommodating and responsive. I hope to stay here again next year. "
