My room was brand new. The bathroom was fabulous: enormous shower with 2 options (handheld and large rain shower head), slate floor, beautiful teal tiles, nice sized sink (no place to put the soap though), toiletries, toilet seat that closed quietly. The mattress was very comfortable, and the best part of all was the outlet wall since my adapter did not accommodate my new hair styling tool. There were 3 outlets so I was able to use the tool. Fabulous place; would return no doubt!

It was fantastic. Great location for walking adventures or catching the metro (four lines within a few mins walk). Bed and bathroom are two things I care about and both were excellent. Train station very close if you want a hub for broader regional exploration. I have traveled the globe from 1 star to 5 stars and this hotel exceeded all expectations.

Quaint and quirky. Near train station and quite a few options for food. Wish we were staying long to take in some of the entertainment options in area.

Newish place, small rooms but furnished nicely with modern bathrooms. HVAC system not functioning and onsite staff not able to help. Not sure why it is four star rated.

I came from southern France on the TGV and this hotel was across the street from Mount Parnasse station so very convenient. It's fun and inexpensive and very convenient. People quite nice. Would definitely use it again.

Poor customer service

Poor experience and terrible customer service. Was contacted by the hotel via hotels.com in advance advising the air conditioning had broken but that they would give 20% off the room rate. I still had time to cancel and change hotels at that point but I kept it due to the discount offered. On arrival I was told that although the acknowledged they had promised a discount, that was a lie and they would not provide it. No concern whatsoever from the desk staff, no effort made to fix it, no apology, just generally poor service. Room and view were dingy and dark and do not match their photos online. Eiffel Tower view was actually only seen by sticking your neck out of the window. The hotel actually faces an ugly tower building.

We're trying everything we can to fix it, but it's particularly challenging due to the Olympics and summer season. In the interim, we're doing our utmost to make stays as comfortable as possible. We contact customers beforehand, offer discounts, provide fans, complimentary minibars, and have even invested in portable air conditioning units. I understand that all of this wasn't enough, and I'm truly sorry. At the end of the day, it's about getting a good night's sleep, and you didn't.As a boutique hotel, all our rooms are different, including our Eiffel Tower view rooms. We offer a variety of room layouts, each with its unique charm. The corner rooms, like yours, are more spacious but have a less direct view of the Eiffel Tower. We'll review our online descriptions to better highlight these differences, ensuring future guests can choose the room that best suits their preferences.Overall, I'm truly sorry for the poor experience, which doesn't reflect our standards of service. While technical problems are one thing, there is no excuse for the poor customer service you received. I'll personally speak to the staff involved to address this issue.I would very much like the opportunity to discuss your experience further and find a way to make amends.
