Posted 8 Aug 2019 on HotelsIvan assisted us with check in. Very clean and nice place. Beware of extra charges as the booking was inclusive of all charges and taxes. We were not charged but received emails from another company to request such charges.

This property is in a great location, only a 15 minute walk to the old town. It’s a good size and very clean and the balcony was great for sitting and eating.

Posted 30 Sep 2018 on HotelsThe apartment has recently been refurbished and is comfortable to stay in for a short period however I would not recommend staying here - we arrived at the apartment, which is quite far away from the main town, to a deluxe studio and terrace with ‘city views’ and pictures of a terrace balcony. However our room was on a ground floor/ basement, with views of a concrete staircase. As there was no front desk, we rang the number made available to us to ask to change rooms and nobody answered. Facilities of the flat are good, however towels were as big as a tea towel - so if you want to go to the beach etc bring your own towels.

Nice place, watch for hidden fees and pestering
Posted 28 Jul 2018 on HotelsThe apartment was a very pleasant and comfortable room which was fresh and looked like it was newly fitted out and clean. The location was ok too, only a 20 minute stroll from the old town and attractions and had a small convenience shop around the corner.
Our issue was with the hospitality and "service". To check in, we only had to email a picture of our passports to the agent for a pin code to the key box (fine, we thought, very efficient). Did so, but instead of the code we were sent a "friendly" reminder to pay a cleaning fee before entry (1 of at least 3). On reaching the property, still no code so i had to phone them to get it despite holding up our end or the bargain. The cleaning fee from previous guest still hadn't been collected which made us suspicious and in a 4 day visit we saw cleaners once for about 10 mins. We also later found a long black hair (not either of ours) in the bed which made me even more annoyed about the so called cleaning fine.
All in, a nice stay in a lovely place but were peeved by constant pestering by the agent.

Check in not easy
Posted 25 Sep 2016 on HotelsWe called the day before we were due to check in to advise what time we would be arriving as there is no front desk. We arrived on time to find no one there waiting for us. We waited around 30 minutes and still no one showed up. Went for a bit of a walk to try and find someone to help us ring them as we didn't have a working phone on us, but didn't have any luck. Eventually with the help of some other guests we got onto the internet to ring the number provided, however, it is not a direct number and we were put on hold for a few minutes before being hung up. This happened several times, so we then rang hotels.com who were able to get onto them for us. Thankfully someone showed up a few minutes later, but we were waiting for about 2 hours. There was no apology or explanation... Once we finally got in, the apartment was lovely. It was well decorated and really clean. Our apartment had a nice balcony which had nice views of the ocean. The kitchen was okay, but there was no toaster and only one pot so we couldn't really cook any meals. Also, we would recommend catching a cab there as the ferry and bus terminals are about 30 minute walk away and it is all up hill and ALOT of stairs.

Nice room, not very helpfull staff

Pros: Well appointed apartment
Cons: Parking very bad, staff that meets you at the place not on time or helpfull.
The apartment was small but well distributed, staff was late even that we were texting informing our arrival many times during the day. Person who came was not very knowledge and not helpfull at all. Place not far from center but in a hill, hard to walk, better to take a taxi abck, parking space was difficult to use.

Posted 27 Jun 2016Room had a very bad smell in the bathroom/kitchen area, we contacted the property management and didnt get an answer back regarding the bad smell. Wifi didnt work correctly during our 5 nights stay. Also pictures were different to the room that we were given, there is 1 room upstairs and 2 downstairs which are different to the photos shown
