Posted 21 Oct 2023 on HotelsExpensive for a bare room everything extra has to be paid for. Just bare. Says when booking dogs are free then they charged me 6 euros. I bought a glass on wine for 5 and they charged me 7. Beer was also charged incorrectly. Like a fool I paid it as I am English and I can’t argue in French.

Hello Sir, You went through a reservation site to make your reservation, which explains a different rate from that charged by booking directly with the hotel. I don't see how we could have told you that pets are accepted free of charge since that is not the case. On the reservation site you used, there is no mention of free animals, quite the contrary.If invoicing errors were made, it would simply have been necessary to report them in order to rectify them if this was indeed necessary.
