Montmartre hotel rooms a the Emeraude Paris

"We (2 adults, aged 27) stayed here for 2 nights. We wanted something central in Paris that would be easy to travel from. We were really close to 2 metro stations - Charles de Gaulle Etoile and Ternes. Excellent for connecting to the whole city. We were also a short walk from the Champs Elysees. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable and staff to be very welcoming. We really only used the hotel as a place to lay our heads so can’t comment on the rest of the facilities. "Staff were generally lovely, location great. Had a weird incident with a lady at breakfast who insisted that my wife wasn't allowed to take a coffee up to our room until she had poured it into a different cup, which was almost identical to the original cup, but that wasn't terrible, just weird. Only problem was that the room was *far* too hot, and apparently the air-con couldn't cool, only heat. If we had been on a higher floor we could have left the window open, but we were on the 1st floor,...

"Good location, easily walkable to public transport but also to some key attractions. We walked all over from here, easy to walk to Monmatre & Le Louvre. Lots of restaurants, cafes etc nearby but was also silent in our room. "
