Very cute cozy hotel. The staff and housekeeping were amazing! Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and metros. The only suggestion I have is to put a little extra lighting in the rooms.

I recently stayed at Hôtel Littéraire Marcel Aymé, BW Premier Collection in Paris, and while the staff was truly outstanding, my experience was unfortunately marred by a significant issue. There was a strange noise coming from the walls. I'm assuming it had to do with the water system and it made getting a restful night’s sleep nearly impossible. I mentioned this to the concierge, but all I received was a 30 minute late checkout as compensation. I spent two nights tossing and turning due to the noise, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I found the rooms to be quite small and the shower was really cramped. The beds creaked a lot, which didn’t help either! On the positive side, the hotel does excel in cleanliness and location, and the staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. While I believe those aspects deserve praise, the overall experience felt more in line with a 2 or 3-star rating because of the noise and room size. If they could address these issues, it would certainly enhance the stay for future guests!

I obviously deplore the problems with the noise of the pipes and the bed. It seems to me that you only mentioned it on the day of your departure, which is a shame because we could have given you another room so that you could have had a better night's sleep. In any case, I can assure you that we found where the noise was coming from and were able to carry out the repairs.I hope that you will place your trust in us during a future stay: you will always be welcome

Loved this boutique hotel and loved the area. So close to the metro and train station, and all the shops close by are fantastic. No, there's no fridge in the room, but oh well!
