"Good value for the price we paid. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Le Havre, and close to an Aldi. Property typical 2 star - could do with a makeover, but didn’t affect our stay. Adequate car parking. The hotel and rooms were clean, but could do with better towels, as ours were a bit on the small side and getting old. Water in the bathroom always hot for showers. "Couple of points that spoilt our stay. First was in the restaurant. When I made my reservation I asked would it be possible to get a Vegetarian meal, I got a positive response. However when I asked for an Omelette the server said yes, but it never arrived. I also asked for a Sparkling Water, Still Water arrived. I thought there was little point in complaining as my request for an Omelette had been ignored. My other, maybe unfair complaint is due to receiving a phone call after dinner telling us...

"We had a nice holiday, but we will not be returning. This holiday park has lots of potential with a nice pool, and nice little chalets, and nice friendly staff, however it is poorly maintained and in need of a deep clean. There were cracks in the walls of our chalet, and the power kept turning off. Whilst the kitchen area and bathrooms were clean, the floors and skirting boards were dirty.
