I arrived late and I think I woke them when I arrived. It was a very cold night, but they were very nice, in spite of me. I would definitely stay there, again, if I was traveling through the area.

our AC/ heater didn't work. Room was extremely hot

This property seems to be newly renovated. The room was clean and modern. It had all the amenities you can expect from a standard motel. I would recommend this motel to anyone staying in the Monticello Utah area.

Clean and good. Prefer interior parking rooms. Little noisy on the west side
