Service was excellent, hotel was clean,
Hotel looks lije it is in process of having work done, hopefully updating but there was stuff stacked outside main entrance and inside lobby, it was taped off for safety, but it did make hotel look cluttered.

Employees were friendly and helpful but the room was below average. Did not have a comfortable chair, refrigerator was not very cold, mattress not comfortable, turned down sheet to find a live bug crawling around. Elevator was loud with a vibration that was unsettling. Would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is remodeling and there are several issues I’m sure they will update, however there is absolutely nothing in Monticello
