Antonella at the front desk was lovely. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful about places to eat, shop, a safe ATM, the location of my meet point for my excursion. The breakfast buffet, Johannes and the other young man downstairs (sorry I didn’t get his name), were cheerful, helpful, and fun. The food was great, and cost reasonable. Highly recommend this hotel for its location in the city, its amenities, and its personnel.

Loved my stay here & will happily stay here again! Hotel is well located for transport links, in easy walking distance of major attractions and many restaurant options.
