Overall it’s a nice property, the cleanliness however was lacking. There were old chocolate wrappers in the sofa and it was filthy in my first room. I was also told we paid for a stadium/riverview and upon reviewing my receipt that said “river view”, we were moved to the 4th floor with an actual river view. In that room, there was still filth in the room, curtains didn’t close and it came with none of the hotel amenities that you’d expect upon arrival (soap,blankets, etc). I ended up checking out a day early because of the inconveniences.

The toilet was clogged. There was no hand soap. There was no shampoo. There was one towel, hand towel the USB outlets next to the bed didn’t work. The TV came on at 3 o’clock in the morning the deadbolt of the door locked when I tried to leave the Room and the switch would not open it.
