It was cool, I just didn’t like the breakfast times and them having a early check in fee of $50 CASH. But overall it was pretty average.

The front desk/breakfast crew are biased and do not know how to handle customer service properly. We were denied breakfast before closing time and then we were lied to about the actual close time because they decided to pick up early. I request a full refund of my stay before I feel like I need to escalate this situation to the corporate office. This is totally uncalled for by management and something needs to happen fast before all business is run off by your owm staff.

Bed was comfortable and the room was big. Property is older and could use some upgrades, but the property was clean, right by the I65, quiet, and served the purpose well for my trip at a reasonable price.

The room appeared to not have been vacuumed immediately before my stay. There were small rocks/gravel in several areas of the room. The couch also did not look like it was cleaned prior to my stay.
I recommend placing dehumidifiers in the guest rooms as it felt a little damp in the room. Another recommendation would be to perhaps have a driver on some kind of standby to pickup passengers from the airport.
Overall, I was pleased with my experience, my needs were met. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful, and the breakfast looked appealing.
