They need to have more than one small trash can in a double queen room, the tv had no service, a DARK room- not enough light, coffee sub par, room smelled like smoke

My stay was great. The staff members were very kind. The property was near many restaurants. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked properly, and I had everything I needed.

I reported a cockroach in the bathroom our first day right after check-in. I reported it to the front desk and the poor kid working in the front was very apologetic. I suggested a pest control for a visit and saw a guy spraying pest spray the following morning. The manager was willing to work with the problem over the phone since it was around 8pm late check-in. Hopefully they will be consistent with pest control.
The second problem was group of workers smoking and drinking around the area where the first floor of our room was located. Our family is having problems with second hand smoking. So that needs attention too.

Staff was pleasant.
Bldg was maintained but older.
