"Check in was a nightmare, were told we hadn't a booking nd sent to another complex, but for the fact we had a friend in salou that spoke Spanish we'd still be walking around. Finally got keys after about 5hrs nd next morning same staff member was on, no apologies from him, still trying to say it was our fault nd didnt give right name nd just went on about money!
