Nice hotel just off the main avenue, but in a bit of a off the beaten path. There are a few sketchy people around but it's very convenient to independence square, Palacio Salvo and old Montevideo. The restaurant recommendations made by the hotel were excellent. I've stayed here before and one thing worth mentioning is the wide swing in pricing, as cheap as $60 per night and sometimes over $100...

This is a small hotel in the middle of the city center. Very walkable and convenient.
The staff is very friendly and respectful.
I recommend it!

The hotel is clean and well maintained with excellent service. There’s a restaurant on site and the food is good. Very good value.

There are no gluten free options at the restaurant. They were willing to accomodate only for breakfast.

Everything was great. I had to check out early traveling to the north of the country so I didn't spend much time there. Great breakfast
