"We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025. The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. Also ample hot water, AC and strong Wifi. Note that this location is a little far out so not walkable to any amenities. Our host Glenda, who is a native of Monteverde, was amazing. "I’ve been coming for about almost 30 years to this hotel. Some rooms are great (upper hill located), but some near the entrance are less sound/noise proof. So you can hear everything other guests are speaking next doors. Even the water running! For the rest, the spring water temperature is great, you can choose from cold and hot. Breakfast service is great!"

"We had a room with a jacuzzi and it was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was also likewise. The grounds were very well kept and tropical. I wouldn’t mind staying there again. The available parking was a bit skimpy but that’s my only negative comment about the hotel. "

"We stayed in the villa with the private pool and it was amazing. The staff was so attentive and kind. Truly went above and beyond. The hot spring pools feel secluded and are beautiful. We saw so much wildlife including a sloth. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Our stay at The Springs Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. But what really makes this place unforgettable are the facilities and the views, truly next level. The hot springs, pools, and amenities are incredible, and the breathtaking scenery all around makes every moment feel special. We had so much fun as a family and created memories we’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to come back- highly, highly recommend!"
