Staff was amazing, from front desk Hazel's welcome and suggestions throughout, to the servers in the dining room to everyone we encountered. Such kindness. We didn't expect such a pretty walk to our room. It felt like a stroll through a garden, and we loved the little covered sitting area in front of our door (which we never even used).
The room was clean and dry (not easy in a rainforest!), the breakfast was great and included a menu to order from a variety of mains in addition to the buffet. And it was not a hard walk to town. Was a great find and would happily stay again if in the area.

Very nice rooms, restaurant and bar with nice outside landscaping. The negative is the room has an AC but it would be better to have a heat instead because it was only 17 Celsius in December with rainy weather so everything was damp during the 3 days we were. The wet clothes were not able to dry and we were chilled.

Had a very nice stay, property was beautiful and location very convenient for walking. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!

Cozy boutique hotel

I liked that you could use the other hotel location, for there facilities, such as pool! The waiters and bartenders were the best,
