"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and beds super comfortable. It’s a bit old and could use some maintenance, but the great location made up for it—close to lots of shops and attractions. The bar was pricey, but overall, I’d definitely stay here again."

"This is a lovely hotel, very close to the centre. Staff are helpful and welcoming and the rooms very clean and very comfortable with lots of space. Two double beds not needed but as a UK guest maybe that’s a Mexican thing. The bathroom was clean and I liked all the facilities. Great view over the enormous mountain which disappears with the daylight conditions. "

"Great hotel! Small but enjoyable pool. Great breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff everywhere. The only con was there was no mini fridge in my room. "

"Rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, beautiful property. Hotel is pet friendly with an additional charge but they provide a pet bed and food bowls. Valet and bell boys are very courteous, Area is nice and safe with lots of food options. Overall we love this hotel, it was our second time staying here and would definitely be back. "

"The room was massive with stunning views of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff in the breakfast were great and very friendly. Two issues did arise. One, the front desk staff didn't speak English. When I checked in, she spoke English, but the next morning, no one did. The other issue was no amenities. No soap to wash my hands. No shampoo... nothing. I had to ask and it took some time for them to arrive which made me late getting out of the hotel. "

"We needed a quick stay since our plane was super late. We got to use the pool and had dinner. Stayed at the room and had a shower and quick nap. The hotel was nice, room was clean, and staff was nice amd welcoming. "
