Best hotel I ever stayed in Monterrey

We really enjoyed.. we had some cocktails 🍹 and bartender Obed was very attentive and helpful excellent service

The cleanliness and I arrived early and they allow me n the room. This was great.

The Hotel, all the areas and my Room was great, clean and brand new, my problem is that they dont do what they offered to the customer, i did the a reservation with them because they offered me transportation to the airport, parking lot to my vehicle during my trip and transportation airport- hotel in my way back from trip just calling 24 hrs. in advanced for reservation like i did and at the time i arrived at the airport they never showed up to pick me up with my family, i called back to the hotel and the lady told me that they cant pick me up because they don't have Van for the transportation available and the question is why they didn't say anything when i did the reservation for that, and i dont care to pay for a taxi but i dont like to losse my time waiting for them and didn't show up thats all.

The cleanliness and the room. Spacious bathroom very good place. I would definitely will stay here again.
