I loved it i just had a problem with the shower it was stopped up

The property is outdated but the customer services and accessibility to many amenities makes up for it

Lo único que no me gustó es que el agua de la tina de bañarse se estancaba y el agua salía por la llave de abajo más que por la llave de arriba.

This hotel is one of the worst I’ve stayed at in a long time. It is old, smells bad, and a remodel is long overdue. With the exception of the sweet ladies working the breakfast buffet every morning, the staff was cordial, at best. The room was decent but the bathroom was tiny and inconvenient. Our sink was VERY slow to drain and the toilet was situated awkwardly. We never were able to have a hot shower because the water never got past lukewarm. The restroom above us leaked into our restroom and when we informed the hotel they didn’t seem surprised and didn’t offer an apology or a different room. Additionally, the battery for our room’s lock died and the 15-20 minutes it took for them to fix it while we stood in the hall in our formal attire after a wedding felt excessive, again, with no apology for the inconvenience. Steer clear of this hotel, you won’t regret it.

Unfortunately the room was not serviced until we insisted and was finally done after 5 pm!!

Estan remoledando el 4to piso, pero lo remodelan de madrugada, se ecuchaban herramientas fuerte, Los hoteles no se remedelan de noche.
