The hotel is old but good location, my room was on the 2nd floor which I strongly discourage. Room was clean but outdated, window curtains could not be opened, noises from the lobby can be heard. Food was very good at the restaurant.

The Crown Plaza is one of the finest hotels in Monterrey. It is exceptionally clean, and the service is always prompt. The buffet offers a delicious and varied selection of dishes. The hotel is also ideally located, just steps away from popular attractions such as Paseo Morelos, Macroplaza, and Pabellón M.

First time visiting Monterrey and our hotel was one of my favorite places to be at. The hospitality from the employees was a 10/10 breakfast buffet was so good too. My husband and I were able to walk to surrounding parks, restaurants and bars.
