The room was tightly, but once we laid down to sleep i was itchimg.all.ober my body. Thought it was juat me , but then my hisband started to itch aa well. Ee took a shower to clean off and once agaon the itching started. I ledt like something was crawling ovwr my body. We had gotten the hotel becuase it was cloae to the aiport ans and we had a layover so ee could.rest shower and be ready to travel again. Bit we didn't get any sleep at al. I perty sure they were bed bugs .

The room smelled old and humid, as well as the bathroom. We sprayed a Glade freshener and that still wasn’t enough to subdue the smell. The bathroom had dead small little cockroaches and flies. The lady in the front was very attentive and nice, very good customer service. Location is convenient of course as it’s very close to the airport. However, I would not stay here again due to the smell.

Nightmare.
This hotel smears the Marriott brand. It's the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There are so many details that I choose not to waste your time. Avoid at all cost. This hotel did not even provide decent water.

Surprise Charges
I got here at 2:30 in the morning because my flight was delayed. When I got here front desk told me that there was a $15 (300 Pesos) per child due to the system only showing 2 guest. I showed her my email reservation where I had put the children also and it was showing for gas and she still insisted that I had to pay because the system that she had wasn’t showing the children. I told her to call her manager because he’s a person who can make a decision and I was not going to pay for extra charges and if he was not able to waive it then whoever does make it needs to waive that fee because I did my part by putting the correct people. After several minutes of going back and forward she agreed to waive it even after my wife asked if this has happened in the past and she said people just pay it. After she gave me my receipt for payment, I told her I was sorry for how I was talking to her because my frustration was not with her, but it was for the hotels policy and also Expedia because both companies were not on the same page and if this information would have been disclosed on expedia.com I would have known and I would’ve been ready to pay it.
