We were told that Italian law prevents them from turning on the a/c system. We had to open the balcony doors. While I understand and accept the concept of bringing in outside air, noise and lights kept us up all night. And there was no cross ventilation in the room to bring in outside air. We asked for a fan which helped with the temperature. But it was still bright and noisy at night.

To fight global warming, since 2022 Italy government decide to do some restriction about the use of heating and a/c : heating is allowed only after the 1st of November and a/C can be use not below 25 degree in summer, and not up to 19/20 degree in winter. It means that we are allowed to use it when it is necessary. We are sorry that you can't sleep because of the heat and the light, but our rooms are just in front of the sea and during October usually there is a nice breeze that push us to close the windows and start to use the first blanket. Every room is provided by windows blinds and if you've closed them, the light wouldn't come inside. About the noises at night, we can't understand where they could be coming from, given that we don't have any bars or restaurants in the immediate nearby. However, we will try to improve ourselves in the hope of being able to host you again.

Great location
Posted 19 Oct 2024 on HotelsA wonderful hotel 4 minutes walk from the train station. We had a room with 2 balconies overlooking the water. Staff was curious and very helpful.

Staff were super friendly, especially Elaina at the front desk!! The 2 breakfast ladies were really nice as well.
