We enjoyed our stay in Monterosso. The apartment was clean but got a little warm with no AC. The hike to the apartment is not for people out of shape. It is a long way up a steep series of steps. Day to day the hike was fine for us but, the initial clime with bags was brutal. Once you get everything up to your apartment and stop sweating you will be good. Food tip, if you just need some food and don’t care about where everyone else is going, try the restaurant at the train station, second floor overlooking the beach.
They also have bottled wine for your meal.

This property was a lovely little hide away in the trees just meters from the beach. You could hear the waves but also the train all night. The train passes right beside the property. Otherwise perfect location and having a washing machine available for use was amazing.

Good location
No toaster, only four towels (2 large 2 hand towels). Hard to hang dry. The appt rules states for us to dispose of our own garbage. No place to dispose of it.
I felt like I was staying in a hostel. It was ok. I don’t think we should have to empty our garage. Hike it down a hundred steps and find a public garage can.
Fans in the appt barely work. Can’t open the windows due to the flies.
I won’t stay at their property again.

Check in ist katastrophal. Keine Nummer usw. Um die Vermieter zu kontaktieren. Mussten etwas anderes buchen und das Geld wurde uns nicht zurückerstattet.
