I was pleasantly surprised to see my room had a small two person dining table, along with the standard fridge/dresser/microwave cabinet and work desk. Normally I'll have a spare camping chair in my car when traveling since most standard rooms will only have a desk/chair setup, glad to find the 3 chairs.
Also the parkjng lot, which has the spaces in a elongated U, was more than wide enough for my car to pull out without any 3 point turns, very happy overall for a real decent price

The bed frame was metal and was noisy evertime you moved. Needs solid wood bed frames.

I didnt pay too much so cant complain to much, that being said, theres no curtains on the windows so its kinda easy to peak through the shaders.the hot tub was cool and but the shower was noisy as well as the bed was noisy and stiff. TV was also small, but as far as the tv goes who cares about that, im here to vacation not sit around a TV.
if i was to list what was important to me and what could be fixed to change it from a 3 to a 5 is
1. Bed needs to be softer and less squeaky
2. Curtains on the windows for more privacy
3. Shower head squealing noise (soumds like teapot
4. TV size could he a tad bit bigger.
What i liked was how clean everything was, the parking was VERY good and the staff was SUPER friendly. from the receptionist to the janitors.

The friendly woman that checked me in on Tuesday was delightful! Check in was quick and super easy. She explained to me that they didn’t have my selected room type available for the duration of my stay, but provided me with one that my boyfriend and I would be comfortable in. We loved every moment of our stay and didn’t want to leave. The room was extremely clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, property is quiet with plenty of parking and walkable distance to stores and dining. Will definitely be back and recommend this property to anyone staying in Monterey.

Not great for pets. For an extra $35/night there usually is an area for them to go to the bathroom.

This spot is really nice, it's close to public transportation. I was in the family suite and it was really clean
