Very nice property, clean and quiet but $11 a night for parking is over the top. It’s not close to anything special.

When I first arrived it seem great! Front desk personal lacked knowledge and was confused due to event weekend! Requesting a late checkout had a few that was insane! The towels provided seems with a dark tint! Not white at all. In need of a better laundry srvice or wash! The consistency of knocking on the door after paying for a late check our showed lack of communication between employed and knowledge on how to run a hotel! What’s the pint of paying for late chel out if I still get woken up and can’t enjoy my sleep! Pathetic over all

Property was near an airport runway so that was a surprise early in the morning. Good value for money. Room was tidy and clean. Nice bathroom amenities. Mattress could have been more comfortable. Except for surprise airport noise property was in the middle of things around Monterey.

Heater didn’t work. Got another room and the bed sheets were not clean and there was sweat and oil stains on them(fresh). There are people living at this hotel full time. Front desk person was awful. Do Not Stay Here!!!!!!
