Seniors Beware
"Plugs for devices should be reachable (without crawling on the floor) from night stand. Chairs are too low to the ground for seniors/disabled to be comfortable. Would have loved to have windows that opened, like the Spindrift. All but check in service was 5 star. Explained my special circumstances and our 50th anniversary. Clerk checked on availability rooms but no offer of upgrade grades or paid. Didn’t seem like she heard that it was our 50th and my husband just survived 2 years of cancer treatments for pancreatic cancer. No acknowledgement. "
