This is not a hotel to stay in your first time in jamaica.... the room was clean and nice from the inside but the entire property from outside is

Excellent and responsive host. The building interior is in great condition. Cozy and comfortable. However the building exterior is in a dilapidated state. It is no fault of the host a the entire property is like this. Securities were easy to deal with and approachable.

Excellent accommodations and assistance from the owner during check-in. The unit is ideal and looks exactly as depicted in photographs. The view is amazing, as the front windows overlook the pool and provides amazing views of the ocean. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for peace and quiet in a beautifully-furnished unit that provides amazing ocean views.

Danny was not a good communicator, needed more towels requested with no response. Roach in kitchen.

The property location was absolutely great, you are halfway between Montego Bay & Falmouth, which is great. This location we stayed at, we were there about 3 months earlier., this was not our first time staying there it was very nice. However, the only suggestions & recommendations I have for the host are the following: 1. If you have guest staying more than 5 - 7 days, you need to leave them more than only 1 set of towels & sheets. Both times we stayed for either 10 - 12 days and had no communications if we needed towels or sheets... 2. You need to get either the sink or the toilet thats leaking fixed, we had to spread a towel to soak up the water, (both upstairs & the washroom downstairs) 3. Your shower head upstairs just needs to be dipped in some CLR (calcium cleaner) and the water force will be amazing. We were without water 1 night, during our stay, it was really hot, not sure if it was only our unit, or the entire Building, but we waited until hours into the morning to finally get a shower....thats Jamaica, its expected, better that, than no AC or electricity. Overall, the stay was great, no-one to bother you, the convenience to come and go. I would for sure recomnend, this facility. They just need to revamp the entire establishment and face lift it though, because it is a beautiful place & location.

My family was trailed by hostile men that had access to the property from the beach . One specific individual pursue us onto the property while threatening us while we had my daughter Whois only 5 yrs old.

This property needs a multi million renovation. Our room stunk like cigarette smoke, I found condoms in our room, the beach was littered with broken bottles and trash, we sat at the pool for HOURS and weren’t offered a drink once. I saw roaches nightly, the room was never cleaned. I have traveled the world and am accustomed to basic customs lacking but this place is a dump. The restaurant staff is a dumpster fire. Rude, closes whenever they want, lacks food, overcharges. Jamaica as a whole is the most overrated place we have ever been. But this resort is a disaster. Have fun in this floating cesspool they call an island, be prepared to tip every human you come in contact with, and hope you’re prepared to make best friends with your toilet.

I apologize for the Michelle experience while on Jamaica. Unfortunately for her everywhere she went while in Jamaica there's a problem. I shared her experience with my cleaning crew. My staff takes pride in their work

Check in was horrible. It seems that this is an airbnb, not an actual hotel. But there were no instructions to get the key. It was luck that one of the people knew who the owner may, and was able to call. if not, we would have not been able to get in. The place itself was ok. The property was nice at one time, but now it needs some TLC. there is a restuarant on the facility, the food is good, but without a car, you will not have many options
