RIU is a beautiful property. The front office staff was nice especially Keeva ! However during check in we were directed to our room. We were given room keys and our number and were instructed verbally what direction we can find it. I ask for a property tour but was told they don’t offer that service. Being that it’s a party hotel I didn’t expect it to cleanliness to be so poor. We went to get breakfast as during our walk to the buffet we passed a lot of garbage and there was event roaches on some of the pool chairs. The drinks were good however the food was standard. The service we received didn’t not seem welcoming most of the staff made us felt like we were a bother. On a brighter note entertain is top tier! The entertainment team there is amazing! I really enjoyed it.

Stay was ok, expected premium liquor when staying at an all inclusive resort but that wasn’t an option. Activities were fun, really don’t need to go offsite to have fun.

When it comes to Riu Montego Bay you get what you pay for. The food and use / quality isn't what im use to when it comes to All inclusive in Jamaica..BUT the nightly entertainment was reaĺly good.

This resort is very nice and clean. The staff is incredible, other than a few. We did get asked for “tips” from a couple employees, 1 lifeguard in particular. Our room was great other than the door. The entry door wouldn’t open all the way due to rubbing the floor. Restaurants were great!!! Snorkeling adventure from the beach at the resort was great!!! If you don’t like to drink and party, pick a different resort.

It was a beautiful resort ! Room was nice and big. Wish they separated the beds in the family room instead of having them together. Had a minor issue with a bug in the room. Killed it and kept it moving. Beside that it was overall a clean resort. Food was delicious! Unlimited options.. the gym was cool only one treadmill worked in there. Love the multiple pools and different events they offered..
Bring cash if trying to get drivers off the resort.

I didn’t like there was not food 24 hours available and my room door was not locking property. Also due to the rain their was not other activities to do other than wait it out in your room.

Adults only & very friendly staff who are always ready to help or answer questions. The spa was nice and had a really great massage. Party atmosphere so can be loud at times. Food was fresh & lots of options (buffet style). Options to make reservations at different dining areas to have different types of food (italian, asian, steakhouse, etc.) which was a good change from the buffet. Resort is very big and never had a problem with finding a chair by the pool or seat at the bar. Bonus - waterpark!! Very fun!
