My concierge Melissa was the best. She made my stay at Iberostar worthwhile. Her great. Customer service and professionalism was top tier. My family had the most memorable moments on the beautiful beach. Jerk chicken was so delicious. Will definitely recommend’

The food not too great. I just wish Jamaican people who know how to cook to make the food. It was not Jamaican food at all. Please hire a Jamaican chef to cook the food. That is not Jamaican food at all. Therefore I have to go to another hotel just to get the best Jamaican food. Please don’t pay for the full service $1200 I think because it’s not everyone gets the full service and they will not give you your money back.

Great Resort. I stayed at the Adults only in October 2024 and Family Resort Waves in November 2024. Both sides had an amazing staff. The grounds were clean. They have a dive shop on site which is run by Dressel Divers and is excellent. I would recommend this property and would go back!

We are returning guests to this property. There is major renovation work underway. If you are travelling here I suggest ensuring your room is on the side of the property not under construction. Especially if you have children that require a daily nap. It is demolition work and is extremely loud during the day(jackhammers) Anyone with respiratory issues may also be affected by the over bearing smell of the fibreglass epoxy.
For returning guests the level of service and quality in staff and food and beverages has decreased significantly.
Never wrote a review for anything before, good or bad. We would have consistently given this resort 8/10 based on 10 return visits. We do not expect perfection by any means, nor would a few disappointing issues impact our overall experience. In saying that we would not recommend this property, clearly there are staff issues, the service staff was on strike our last day, other than a few stand out staff members the level of service was lacking in all areas. Very disappointing as we have always enjoyed our stays here and recommended this property many times.

The staff were very nice and attentive, breakfast & Japanese Restaurant were good, but other food was just average. Bar facilities were great. Facilities were a little outdated but clean. The BAT family (about 10-15) right above our room entrance freaked me out and resorted in a room change, I was never the same after that and it put a damper on the next 2 nights. I would never go to this resort again.

The food was good different varieties of breakfast lunch and dinner. Amazing restaurants in the hotel staff polite attentive,pool was amazing. Beach was amazing. I saw a lot of bad reviews, but I went on my instinct and had to see for myself and of course never go by bad reviews. You have to go in person and have your own review of things which was all great for my six days.
