Property was nice just wish the had shuttle service to the airport

Staff was friendly and always helpful. Our toilet got clogged and within seconds they were there to fix it.
Food was good, we missed out reservations twice due to excursions running later than excepted so they didn’t take us so I don’t know how the real restaurant food was but the buffet was pleasant.
Bartenders were on point fast and friendly especially Kevin.
Spa services were great a bit pricey but I did get two massages.
I guess the only downside was the excursion we took that were separate from the resort were so far and sitting for 3 hours for a bus ride one way I rather do the excursion with the hotel
We did two and they were amazing and inside the resort.

No elevatorin our building, no food in resirt after 10pm. Unless you leave resort. I would not recommend

Everything was fantastic my husband and I enjoyed our stay the only thing I will say is that I wish there were more Jamaican cuisine options

I was looking forward to the water slides that were heavily promoted on the website but wasn’t in operation for my entire stay.
