I had an oceanfront room and the view was amazing. The staff was very nice and the food was delicious. I definitely will be back❤️

As soon as we arrived, we were given the wrong room. It took almost 2 hours to check in. Throughout our stay, the access cards to the rooms were demagnetized and we had to go to the reception each time about (7 minutes from the room). The rooms were not clean properly: dirt on the wall, mold, stains, etc. The food was not good it was always the same things at the buffet and the à la carte restaurants, I did not find them.

I did not like bathing in the cold water and the refrigerator was empty . No drinking water or juice provided. Also the juices were not natural too much artificial juices and flavours

Having stayed at the location before under the previous name of Holiday Inn I was aware of what to expect however last time we were located in building 1 this time we were in building 5. The room we stayed in however needed much improvement - panel on the bottom of the door I'm assuming was for extra protection against fire in the corridor was coming away from the door; The main room light was not working properly and flickered continuous (this would be dangerous for someone with epilepsy as it could trigger an episode); The bathroom door did not close and one handle was loosely fitted with a screw to long for the job; Guest laundry facilities - 1 washer in building 5 and 1 washer and 1 dryer near building 1 - seems a little inadequate. I cannot fault the courteousness and pleasantness of all the staff in all areas of the complex - from checkin staff, to hospitality, housekeeping and groundsmen all were friendly and polite, and when an altercation between guests arose it was reassuring that security staff were quick to respond. I know that with any transition things can take time but with the exception of the laundry services I would expect that rooms should be checked prior to allocation I am hopeful that things will be greatly improved by my next visit

The hotel is a good choice for family as well as adults. They have an adult section separate from the rest of the property. The food was okay. The jerk hut though was everything, it was perfect every day. There’s no room service or anything to drink in the fridge but you can bring your drinks to your room and put in the fridge. The beach is private and the views are immaculate. Security was definitely there and made the guest feel safe no matter the time. The hotel itself does need a little upkeep but the staff makes up for it. They are so accommodating and welcoming. Only downside is the bathroom, my family and I were not a fan of it. It definitely needs renovation!
