There was no hot water in room 292 during our stay. Had to take cold showers

Hotel was old and washrooms near the restaurant and pool were really dirty. Everything else was good.

The manager, Dennis, went about be and beyond! He made us feel not only like VIP, but also like family.
He and a few other really outstanding staff including our housekeeper, quiet pool waitress (Angela white), made the stay extraordinary!

I dint like the services it was awful, the checking time was terrible it was for 3 pm and the room weren’t ready not until 5 pm
